Accounts for teenagers 11-18 years of age: To comply with privacy laws, MedPeds doctors will enable accounts for teenagers between 11 and 18 only after the doctor has confirmed that the email address used for the account belongs to the teenager. Other staff are not permitted to enable accounts for teenagers. In the meantime, should a parent need answers to questions, Rx refills, or appointment requests for a teenager, please call our office at 301-498-8880.
If you do not have a Patient Portal account - or if you experience difficulties logging on to your account - please see one of the front office staff for assistance. Unfortunately, password information cannot be given out over the phone.
