Dr. Seth Eaton, M.D.
Dr. Eaton received his medical degree and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at George Washington University Hospital and Pediatrics at Children's National Medical Center. Dr. Eaton started the MedPeds practice in Laurel in 1982. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He and his wife are the proud parents of three children.
The American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Physicians have elected Dr. Eaton as a Fellow in both Pediatrics and in Internal Medicine. These honors are awarded from peer recommendations, scholarship and community service.
Dr. Angela Duncan, M.D.
Dr. Duncan received her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine and completed a combined Internal Practice/Pediatric residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and has been practicing in Laurel since 1992. She grew up in Prince Georges County and attended Eleanor Roosevelt High School. She and her husband are proud parents of a daughter.
Dr. Reema Jalali, M.D.
Dr. Jalali received her medical degree from the University of Maryland Medical School. She completed her residency in Family Practice at San Jose Medical Center, affiliated with Stanford University in California and practiced in California for three years before moving east. She is Board Certified in Family Practice and has been practicing in Laurel since 1998.
Dr. Jill Rosenstock, M.D.
Dr. Rosenstock received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. She completed residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics from the Medical College of Virginia. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She practiced in rural Virginia for four years before moving back home. She grew up in Baltimore. She has been practicing with MedPeds since 2002. She and her husband are proud parents of two children.
Dr. Karen Plunkett Reid, M.D.
Dr. Plunkett Reid is a Board Certified Family Practitioner who was trained at the Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago. She is a graduate of UMDNJ- now Jersey Medical School, prior to relocating to Maryland. She is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Plunkett practiced in Chicago beginning in 1997 and in MedPeds 2002. She had her husband are proud parents of three children.
Debbie Davis, M.S.N., C.R.N.P.
Deborah completed both her undergraduate Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner programs at Bowie State University. She also holds a Masters Degree in Nursing/Family Practice. She has over 20 years experience in nursing including 10 years in Critical Care and 9 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner with MedPeds. She and her husband are proud parents of 2 children.
Dr. Owen Debowy, M.D., PhD
Resident Physician
Dr. Debowy received his medical degree and PhD from New York University School of Medicine in 2008. He is currently completing his Internal Medicine/Pediatric residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
Meagan Schiavone, M.S.N., N.P.-C
Meagan completed her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Johns Hopkins University and received her Bachelors of Nursing from The Catholic University of America. She has over ten years of nursing experience with an emphasis in pediatrics and hematology/oncology. Meagan has worked at Children’s National Medical Center as well as children’s hospitals in both Phoenix and Los Angeles. She is originally from Prince George’s County and is excited to be a part of the MedPeds primary care team.
